About DAEOP

The Denver Association of Education Office Professionals (DAEOP) is the union that represents the dedicated office professionals who keep Denver Public Schools running.

Together, we advocate for fair wages, professional respect, and workplace rights, recognizing the essential role office professionals play in student success. Through collective action, professional development, community, DAEOP works to ensure that every office professional in DPS is valued, supported, and empowered in the important work they do to support students and families every day.

SHOW YOUR SUPPORT: Respect, Protect, and Recognize DPS ProTechs

ProTechs are trusted adults who provide essential academic, behavioral, technical, and operational support across Denver Public Schools. Yet without union recognition, they lack the collective voice and job protections many of their colleagues have.

Nearly 300 ProTechs have chosen DAEOP as their union representative. Add your name and call on DPS to respect their decision, recognize their union, and protect the essential support they provide to students.
